Quantum Concepts is an independent IT consultancy based in South London, (UK). We were founded in 2004 and started out providing PC support services for computer users in their homes. We eventually expanded into the areas of web design and remote IT management.

NetCentral is our remote monitoring and management solution. This solution enables us to proactively monitor computer networks regardless of their size or location.

 

Getting started with NetCentral couldn’t be easeier! We install a small piece of software on each of your servers and/or workstations, which allows us to monitor your hardware for problems at regular intervals. You can be up and running in under 10 minutes!

 

Home PC Support

 

We’ve been in the home PC support business since 2004 and our technicians are highly skilled in all versions of the Microsoft Windows™ operating system and have years of industry experience. They’re also helpful, friendly and polite and will not try to confuse or impress you with technical jargon that only they understand.
